 VACUUM WANDS
Vacuum wands are found in a variety of settings, including jewelry making, watch repair, and various clean-room environments. Our vacuum wands are fabricated to meet the rigorous demands of the semiconductor industry where they are used in handling and producing the delicate wafers required to produce reader-heads. Semiconductor wafer handling vacuum wands must not contaminate or damage the surface of the wafers and must be lightweight for constant wafer handling, yet durable and resistant to a wide variety of extremely corrosive chemicals.

END EFFECTORS
Wafer plating requires secure, non-contaminating handling. End effectors with integrated vacuum pads reduce wafer slipping. Because of the corrosive nature of semiconductor manufacturing operations, end effectors must be crafted from extremely durable materials such as titanium. While Vanpro specializes in end effectors used in semiconductor wafer handling, our experience in this exacting environment allows us to provide end effectors for other industries as well.

Specifically designed for the semiconductor clean-room environment, the wipe dispenser eliminates waste and reduces hazardous waste removal costs by dispensing one wipe at a time!
Vanpro manufactures wipe dispensers used in clean-room environments. Unlike other wipe dispensers that cause multiple wipes to be dispensed, Vanpro’s wipe dispenser releases one wipe at a time, reducing the cost of wipes consumed and the cost of hazardous waste disposal.
