Vanpro supplies ready-made products to the semiconductor industry but we also pride ourselves at designing and producing tools that are tailor made to deal with our customer clean room processes and needs.

It is our goal to increase our customers’ production and efficiency. Sometimes that’s best done by altering a standard tool to the customers needs. Sometimes that requires a completely new approach to the thinking process used to increase quality and production.

For example, one of our semiconductor manufacturing customers was looking for a more ergonomic vacuum wand that was durable enough to survive in the demanding environment of a clean room yet perform at the highest levels. Vanpro custom designed a new vacuum wand that has saved the customer money in replacement costs and is easier to use and thus is a favorite of the staff.

Similarly, we were asked what we could do to help reduce hazardous material costs. We discovered that gloved workers were unable to grab a single clean room wipe and were using and disposing an inordinate number of wipes. In response, we developed a wipe dispenser that presents the clean room worker a single clean room wipe thus reducing hazardous disposal costs.
